Fashion Designer: NY Designer Needs New PEO
A renowned NY fashion design firm had relied on a PEO for over a decade. The PEO’s fees were low and the firm was relatively happy with the service provided. However, there were some challenges, including four decision makers, paper processes and no employee self-service, and a tax restart of more than $300K. Additionally, the PEO did not send an HR professional to assist with benefit and payroll questions, they sent an account manager.

Additionally, the PEO assigned a dedicated HR Manager to assist with all benefit and payroll matters. For the first six months, the HR Manager visited weekly to answer employee questions and teach employees where they could find answers for themselves on the HRIS portal.
Our PEO’ cost-contained solutions simplified HR while improving service by providing a dedicated HR expert to assist with benefit and payroll questions. It also delivered the firm an ROI of nearly $500K over two years. They have now been the PEO’s client for three years. When they purchased another company, they brought them onboard to the new PEO platform so that they could enjoy the benefits of the PEO model.
